Ken Garff Automotive Group is currently looking for a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to support our Big Star Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Dealership that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork. This position manages all local Human Resource activities in support of the dealership(s) assigned to include execution of HR and culture strategies, policies and practices that contribute to positive business results and employee experience. The Sr. HR Business Partner is also a vital linchpin connecting our corporate team with our frontline human resource professionals in the region.The key to success includes using the human resources team and people skills to help leaders be more profitable and employees be more engaged. A balanced mix of business acumen, infectious personality and dynamic human resource professionalism will be essential to success. What you’ll do as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner: Be recognized as a sound business partner with the RVP, GM(s), and other managers in your dealerships to influence KPIs, employee recognition, and employee career growth Provide training, coaching and development opportunities for your HR team Partner with corporate human resources to execute on strategic initiatives and help with strategy development as assigned Lead and influence dealership managers to align culture, employee performance, and initiatives with the values and policies of Ken Garff Review employee turnover metrics and assist GM and Department Managers in formulating a plan to stay below company goals Be a leader over data and analytics that influence managers and leaders to act toward desired outcomes Be knowledgeable with employment law, Ken Garff polices, and employment practices and partner with Regional HR Facilitate culture training as developed via corporate and regional teams Be proficient with benefits to answer questions, provide accurate information and facilitate new hire enrollment Facilitate absences and leaves, including FMLA, for each employee using the company leave vendor and established processes Coordinate and facilitate Ken Garff Onramp (KGO) and onboarding for new employees utilizing content provided by Corporate teams At first glance, there’s nothing remarkable at Ken Garff.
