SENIOR MANAGER/SHARED SERVICE AND BILLING
Our client, a multi-billion-dollar global, PE-backed company, is searching for a Senior Manager – Revenue to Cash Transformation and Analytics. This organization is transforming the way they do business and is looking for a transformation-minded leader to oversee Revenue-to-Cash processes while improving billing accuracy, dispute resolution, revenue capture and cash conversion.
THE ROLE

• Oversee and enhance the billing function
• Lead end-to-end Revenue-to-Cash processes and ensure accuracy
• Accelerate the billing-to-cash cycle
• Partner with Finance, IT and Operations to improve processes and performance
• Identify gaps in processes and root causes of revenue leakage
• Develop revenue analytics and reporting tools
• Develop dashboards and reporting capabilities

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field required
• 7+ years of experience/Strong Background in billing is a must
• Demonstrated success in improving processes
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Cross-functional process improvement knowledge
• Experience with ERP revenue platforms (SAP, ARIS or similar)
• Multi-site experience a plus
• Power BI, Tableau or other business intelligence platforms a huge plus
• Experience working with outsourced or shared service environments preferred
