Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
• Knowledge of teletherapy practices and remote supervision
• Strong mentoring, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable supervising and supporting colleagues or SLP-CFs

What You’ll Do:

• Provide thoughtful, evidence-based supervision to speech-language pathology professionals within the district
• Supply regular feedback, assist with professional development, and foster growth for SLP-CFs
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and ASHA guidelines for allied health supervision
• Utilize your experience in school and healthcare SLP to promote best practices
• Maintain detailed documentation of supervision sessions and progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support overall student success
• Incorporate teletherapy tools and resources as needed for remote support
