Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district near Stephenville, TX, is looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to supervise team members for 2-4 hours per week, ensuring high standards of care and professional growth. This contract role is set to begin August 12, 2026, and continue through May 20, 2027, offering flexibility and the opportunity to share your knowledge with both students and fellow therapists.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience in pediatric SLP, school-based practice, or healthcare environments
• Comfortable supervising new clinicians, such as Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Skilled in both in-person and teletherapy modalities
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide regular, high-quality supervision of SLP professionals and CFYs in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Contribute to a collaborative, student-focused team
• Support the growth and development of early-career SLPs through guidance and constructive feedback
• Participate in team meetings as needed to review progress and ensure best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records for supervision activities
