No remote or hybrid work *** Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Exton, PA. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospective and existing customers, and clearly presenting Quantic’s point-of-sale solutions and value propositions. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, nurturing prospects through the sales cycle, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with account management and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer satisfaction, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including managing sales pipelines and closing deals. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building positive relationships. Proven ability in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying, and follow-up. Experience with Account Management, maintaining ongoing customer engagement and retention. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confident phone and video call presence. Comfort with CRM software and basic sales reporting tools; experience in SaaS or POS solutions is a plus. High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
