Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (Part-Time) Description What to Expect We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community based settings Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA. Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors. Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families. Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Qualifications What you will bring: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Current RBT certification through the BACB (preferred) Reliable transportation Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred) Flexibility, empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented, client-centered approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, timeliness, and effective time management skills Benefits Competitive pay commensurate with experience.
