$30- $31/hr, maybe up to $32/hr
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This individual will be responsible for assembling, wiring, troubleshooting, and testing electrical control panels and machine systems for industrial equipment applications. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical aptitude, the ability to read schematics, and experience working in a hands-on manufacturing or automation environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble and wire electrical control panels and machine components
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
Install and route wiring, relays, breakers, PLC components, and other electrical hardware
Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting on completed assemblies
Ensure all work is completed to quality and safety standards
Collaborate with engineering, controls, and production teams during builds
Assist with machine startup and debugging as needed
Maintain organized and clean work areas

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Electrical Assembler, Panel Builder, or Industrial Electrician
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and layouts
Experience with control panels, PLC wiring, and industrial machinery preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing or automation industry background
Experience working with custom machinery or OEM equipment
Familiarity with UL standards and industrial controls
