Executive Catering Chef for prominent Chicago property!

Want to lead banquets/ catering at the hottest ticket in town? Lead a team that cooks your all-scratch, as local and sustainable as possible, menu for corporate and social occasions of all sizes.

You must have high volume, fine dining, a stable background and a calm leadership style. Upscale, off-premise catering, hotel banquet and/or high volume restaurant events are the "sweet spot" for this client.
