Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a well-established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Roseville, CA. The provider will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Raintree EMR
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered outpatient rehabilitation services
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to support optimal functional recovery

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• General outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions preferred
• Experience with Raintree EMR is a plus
