International Law Firm, with an office in Reno, Nevada, is in search of an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

JOB DUTIES:

Prepare correspondence, pleadings, etc.

E-Filing in various Local Courts and Venues

Calendaring and scheduling of depositions, hearings, meetings, etc.

Working with Attorneys, other support staff and clients

Manage Client Billing

Process mail, answer telephone calls and other administrative duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of at least 3 years of experience in Nevada Law, preferably in the Reno area

E-filing experience in both State and Federal

Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure

Be able to calendar all important dates

Be extremely organized

Able to follow through on what needs to be done

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
