This Supply Technician performs aviation technical supply work in support of aviation maintenance operations. Responsibilities Performs technical supply work (e.g. inventory management, storage management, corrosion control, cataloging, issue, and turn-in) related to aviation supply activities. Processes part requests, issues parts, and conducts turn-ins using government supply information systems and following service guidance. Operates forklift or motor vehicle to deliver/transport larger parts on site and on main post. Loads/unloads truck when making part deliveries. Provides customer service/support to assigned teams. Qualifications Must be a U.S. citizen. Must possess or be able to obtain a secret clearance. Supply Tech experience in a military environment with aviation parts highly preferred. Army MOS 92A training or similar service school equivalent desirable. Must be familiar with ACN and GCSS-Army supply operations. Familiar with Microsoft Office products. Must be able to lift 50 pounds when handling parts. Must be able to pass a basic physical to operate vehicles and equipment. Able to complete training and obtain an operator license to operate vehicles and forklifts in support of supply operations.
