Locum MD (Medical Doctor), DO (Osteopathic Doctor) Radiology

Description . This contract position is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise in a dynamic medical practice environment. Responsibilities Interpret diagnostic imaging exams including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss findings and treatment plans Ensure accurate and timely reporting of radiological tests Participate in quality assurance and peer review processes Stay current with advancements in radiology and imaging technology Assist in educating medical staff and trainees on imaging techniques and best practices Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a positive patient experience Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulatory compliance Requirements M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school Current board certification in Radiology Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in radiology Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using imaging software and technology Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Schedule: 8a-4:30p or 12p-8p Weekend Call Shifts: 8a-6p Total Annual Volume: ~165K studies Modalities: DX, US, CT, MRI/MR, and fluoroscopy Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr 77 consultants
