Medication Assistant , Assisted Living

Job Details Salary: $19.50‑$21.55 Schedule: Sunday and Monday 6:30 am‑2:30 pm Responsibilities Maintain, order, and assist residents with medication needs Transcribe and document in the Medication Assistance Record Assist residents in Assisted Living and potentially Memory Care with activities of daily living, take vital signs, perform first aid, wound care, and communicate with outside health care professionals as necessary Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent is required All state educational requirements for the position must be met CPR certification preferred Experience working with an elderly population preferred Calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor appreciated Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full‑time team members Life insurance and other voluntary insurance options available 401(k) participation for part‑time and full‑time team members Paid time off, holiday pay, Daily Pay, and discounts through Perk Spot Spectrum Retirement Communities strongly encourages all team members to be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19; however, vaccination is not a requirement to work with us.
