RN Supervisor Evening Shift

Overview We are immediately hiring for Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor . Shift Needed: 8-hour shift (2:30pm to 10:30pm). Shift differential for evening shift and weekend shift. Responsibilities Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care. Performing resident/patient assessments. Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures. Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients. Checking residents’/patients’ vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records. Overseeing clinical operations; the RN Supervisor also handles various administrative tasks. Administering prescribed medications and injections. Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs. Assisting in the admissions and discharge process. The RN Supervisor role encompasses clinical responsibilities as well as administrative duties. Qualifications Nursing and management experience in a long-term care environment preferred. Must be an RN, graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN is preferred but not required. Must have current RN License and current CPR or BLS certification.
