Description Shift Leader (Full‑Time & Part‑Time) What You'll Do Lead and motivate the crew Coach and support team members Help manage daily operations, opening/closing, and cash handling Ensure smooth operation of the cafe, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and preparing smoothies with precision and efficiency Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and meet operational goals What We Offer $14.00–$16.00 per hour Up to an additional $5/hour in tips Flexible scheduling Paid training and employee discounts Growth opportunities into management Fun, upbeat work environment No grease, no fryers—just fresh food and amazing smoothies! Requirements As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
