E-Commerce Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to support the daily operations of a growing online retail business in the electronics industry. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM



Position Overview
The E-Commerce Coordinator will manage day-to-day online store operations, including order processing, inventory management, customer communication, and product listings across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator in English, tech-comfortable, and able to learn internal systems quickly.
Training will be provided on company-specific platforms and processes.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of online sales platforms
• Process and track customer orders accurately
• Monitor and update inventory levels
• Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely manner
• Upload and maintain product listings and information
• Assist with payment processing and order resolution
• Support general e-commerce administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in e-commerce, order processing, or customer service
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Comfortable working with online platforms and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage daily priorities
