Supervisor, Cash Operations

Job Summary The supervisory role is responsible for managing the daily operations of cash collections for facility/professional teams, reporting to the Senior Manager. The position handles daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation, productivity and quality review audits. It develops and maintains processes while implementing innovative technologies and leveraging existing ones to reduce manual processing, ensure posting accuracy and efficiency, and provides staffing and scheduling for associates. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Economics/Statistics, Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred. Two to five years of related health care administration/financial or revenue cycle experience required, with preferred experience in Cash Management. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills required. Proficient in data management, database terminology, development of spreadsheets, analysis and manipulation of complex data from multiple data sources. Advanced MS Excel skills required. Knowledge of EPIC enterprise system required. Excellent leadership skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while achieving positive outcomes.
