Overview Now Hiring: Front End Manager Lead with Excellence at McKeever’s Price Chopper McKeever Price Chopper is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Front End Manager to oversee daily front-end operations and lead our cashier and customer service teams. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and motivate front-end team members including cashiers and customer service representatives Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times Manage daily scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage for the front-end team Resolve customer concerns and escalate as needed in a professional manner Monitor cashier accuracy and adherence to company policies, including handling of money, coupons, WIC, food stamps, and credit/debit transactions Maintain front-end appearance, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety Lead by example in enforcing company policies, dress code, and service standards Work collaboratively with other department managers to support overall store success Assist in hiring and onboarding of new front-end team members Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail or grocery preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Frequent walking, bending, and lifting (up to 35 lbs) Use of POS systems, phones, and front-end equipment Employee Benefits Daily Pay Option – Access your earnings when you need them Medical Benefits – Available to full-time team members 401(k) Program – Plan for your future with our retirement savings program On-the-Job Training – Learn and grow in a supportive environment Why Join McKeever Price Chopper?
