Become a Key Player as a Customer Service Coordinator

You will support the customer response center by maintaining customer satisfaction through timely service, account management, and coordination across internal functions. Your work ensures on-time delivery, accurate billing, and resolution of customer issues, impacting both customer retention and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with customers and teams such as quality, shipping, accounting, and planning.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Administer customer accounts by reviewing service and spare product requirements against purchase orders and maintenance agreements
• Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts and respond promptly to customer service issues
• Prepare and submit correspondence and quotations; coordinate pricing and follow up on customer questions
• Coordinate with quality, shipping/receiving, accounting, order entry, planning, and shop personnel to resolve customer issues and prioritize requests
• Monitor delivery status, gather shipment data, and provide status reports to customers
• Ensure invoices are processed and support collections by monitoring account status with Accounts Receivable
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding damaged, late, or incorrect shipments; may offer limited discounts

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Industry experience in manufacturing or aerospace
• Excellent customer service and data entry skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with databases and mainframe systems
• Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and learn quickly

Pay Range

$27.87 - $34.84/hour
