Location: Irvine, CA – 100% onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment: Full-time, temp-to-hire
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour
Department: Field Service

About the Role

Quest International is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to support our customers and Field Service team.

This is a phone-heavy customer service and coordination position. You will speak with customers, receive service requests, create and update service tickets, help schedule technicians, follow up on open requests, and make sure customers receive timely updates.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to customers on the phone, communicates professionally, stays organized, and can learn our systems and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and professionally gather information about service needs.
• Create, update, and follow up on customer service tickets and work orders.
• Help coordinate technician schedules, service appointments, and customer communication.
• Keep customers updated and professionally handle questions, concerns, or upset callers.
• Maintain accurate information using email, Microsoft Office, and company service-management systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable spending a significant part of the workday communicating with customers by phone.
• Professional, friendly, and clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and company systems.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and ability to handle several customer requests at the same time.
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Previous customer service, call-center, scheduling, dispatch, administrative, or service-coordination experience is helpful but not required.

Experience with ERP, CRM, ticketing, or service-management software is a plus, but we can train the right person.
