MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working three 12-hour shifts per week, with an expectation to work six weekend shifts over a six-week schedule.

The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse is accountable for delivering comprehensive care to patients through the Nursing Process, adhering to the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure the safe delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process effectively.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and leadership skills in patient care planning and delivery.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on the team's education and experience.
• Provide direction and supervision to nursing staff delivering patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid Arizona RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience.
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
