Quality Administrative Assistant
Location: San Fernando Valley
Hours: Monday through Friday
Pay rate: $21/hour
Provide administrative and documentation support to the Quality and Inspection departments. Assist with quality records, inspection paperwork, First Article documentation, repair logs, calibration records, and AS9100 and FAA-related requirements. Responsibilities- Support receiving inspection and First Article documentation.
- Assist with part marking for incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain repair logs and customer-required reports.
- Organize and maintain quality documents.
- Coordinate production travelers between Production, Quality, Receiving, and Shipping.
- Assist inspectors with customer, FAA, and regulatory paperwork.
- Support compliance with Repair Station Manual and AS9100 requirements.
- Assist with supplier audits and supplier performance reports.
- Compile data and prepare reports.
- Associate degree or equivalent quality related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with different departments.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented.
