About the Role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support core people operations, employee processes, and day-to-day HR administration. This role is well suited for someone who works carefully within established guidelines, provides dependable support across a range of HR activities, and maintains accurate documentation in a structured environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, records maintenance, and policy administration
• Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and system records with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
• Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and routine people matters
• Assist with benefits administration, compliance tracking, and recurring HR reporting
• Coordinate HR processes across teams while ensuring established procedures and confidentiality standards are followed

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working within defined policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage recurring responsibilities with consistency and follow-through
• Clear written and verbal communication for employee support and internal coordination
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive information and routine HR matters

Other Requirements

• Prior experience in human resources, people operations, or HR administration
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and standard HR documentation practices
• Working knowledge of employment policies, recordkeeping requirements, and confidentiality expectations
