Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Designs, develops, and oversee the production process of goods and materials.

· Works to improve the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing process.

· Analyzes production data for improvement.

· Ensures quality control.

· Develops and implements new technologies. · Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure efficient production

· Research automation techniques and test new systems for efficiency

· Ensure efficient cost-effective production of goods

Requirements:

 

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred

Experience: 3 + years of manufacturing experience required

Reading Ability: Must be able to read and understand English

Skills:

· Must be able to demonstrate basic measuring/mechanical skills

· Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, or other engineering software

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/AutoCAD/ SolidWorks /Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Programming /Failure Modes and Effective Analysis (FMEA)/Kaizen/Root Cause Analysis/CNC Machining/ISO Standards

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, lift and/or move up to 30 lbs., bend, use hands, and fingers for 8 + hours.
