Client Manager, Surety We are looking for a Client Manager on the Surety team to assist with the preparation and execution of bonds (performance & payment, license, court, misc. bonds). Responsibilities include collecting data, completing necessary forms, preparing correspondence, servicing and marketing new and renewal Surety accounts, processing general agreements of indemnities, maintaining power of attorney filings and bond supply, and building and retaining relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Qualifications Preferred qualifications: Five (5) or more years insurance experience in both Contract and Commercial Surety Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Additional qualifications (plus but not required): Accounting or Financial background Proficient use of agency software such as Sagitta, Image Right, Tinubu, and Microsoft Office products Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future Benefits Benefits include: Generous time off, including personal and volunteering Hybrid schedule Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Charitable contribution match programs Stock purchase opportunities Salary and Compensation The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
