Shipping Crew Lead, WKND Shift

Overview Starting at $22.25 per hour. The Weekend Shift Crew Lead will be responsible for disseminating work, assisting with keeping the team on task, and training new associates. What You’ll Do Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks Plan daily duties according to priority Schedule teams and disseminate daily workload Direct operation tasks to team members Perform replenishment, put‑away and shipping processes Maintain a safe and clean work environment Other duties as assigned by management What We’re Looking For Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary Full‑time Wilson Associate Previous general SAP experience Previous leadership experience is a plus Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously Desire to grow with our company An attention to detail where accuracy is key An ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism
