Project Manager-Superintendent

This role is for a Project Manager overseeing custom home construction projects in various locations. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing build schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience in new home construction, particularly custom homes, is required for consideration.

Location: Monroe / Charlotte, North Carolina!

Main Responsibilities:

• Effective communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Managing construction sites from design to project completion, including subcontractor selection, safety management, and schedule adherence.
• Overseeing budget, schedule, and construction quality.

Requirements:

• Background in residential construction, ideally in on-your-lot or scattered lot building.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with homes priced between $525k-$625k on average.
• Proven track record in new construction project management and leadership.
• Strong team-building and communication skills.
