We handle every phase of residential construction land acquisition, pre-construction planning, design coordination, build, and long-term homeowner care. Our clients aren't buying a floor plan off a shelf; they're building the home they've always wanted, and our job is to make that happen seamlessly.We're founder-led, which means the people making decisions are in the building every day. For someone early in their career, that matters. You won't spend your first two years in a support role waiting for a slot to open up you'll be in the field, working directly with experienced PMs and site supervisors, learning how a high-end custom build comes together from excavation to handover.We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Construction Project Manager ready to take ownership of projects from planning through punchlist. We're less focused on years of experience and more focused on finding the right person. If you're highly organized, a natural communicator, and stay calm when things get complicated, we'll invest in teaching you the rest.What Youll DoClient & Professional CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for homeowners and designers, providing regular updates on schedule, budget, change orders, and milestonesManage communication with architects, engineers, and designers to keep projects moving forwardCoordinate with inspectors and township officials as neededSubcontractor CoordinationReview purchase orders, define scopes of work, and confirm dates with trade partnersReview scope and material selections with subcontractors; perform quality control checks before work advances to the next phaseSchedulingBuild and maintain the master project schedule in BuildertrendSequence trades and major deliveries to keep projects on trackBudget & FinancialsTrack allowances and manage cost-to-completeReview purchase orders and billsIssue change orders as neededPlanning & DocumentationReview plans, shop drawings, and specsPrepare site superintendent handover packetsOrganize selections and purchase ordersEnsure permits, inspections, engineering sign-offs, and compliance items are properly filedQuality Control & Punch ListsCreate and maintain rolling punch listsConduct site visits to verify quality and completion before trades advancePartner with the site superintendent to resolve open items in a timely mannerEscalationsHandle client escalations, disputes, and scope conflicts with professionalism and composureTools Youll UseBuildertrend project scheduling and managementGoogle Workspace Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Sheets for day-to-day communication and documentationInternal tools for communication, documentation, and note-takingWhat Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field OR an Associates degree from a trade or technical program with relevant courseworkStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and shop drawingsComfortable managing multiple moving pieces across several projects simultaneouslyProficiency with project management software (Buildertrend experience a plus)Someone who stays steady under pressure and brings a solutions-first attitude to every challenge construction is a fast-moving, high-stakes environment, and the people who thrive here are the ones who dont rattle easilyCompensation & Benefits$60,000 $80,000 base salary + performance bonus, commensurate with experiencePTO
