More information is available at Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations within the manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and optimal production support. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nevada, United States. The position includes planning and assigning work to maintenance technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and monitoring equipment performance. The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates with production, engineering, and safety teams to minimize downtime, improve processes, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining maintenance records, managing spare parts and vendors, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Qualifications Strong skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within industrial or manufacturing environments. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including scheduling, documentation, and KPI tracking. Supervisory and leadership skills, including team coordination, training, performance feedback, and conflict resolution. Knowledge of safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, such as equipment manuals, schematics, and maintenance reports. Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). Relevant experience in high-volume manufacturing; battery, automotive, or similar industries is beneficial. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
