We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for one of our 132-unit affordable housing communities, Escobedo at Verde Vista, in Mesa, AZ. If you're seeking a hands-on role where your work has a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
- Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
- Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
- Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
- Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
- HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
