What You'll Do

• Service residential plumbing systems for both new and existing customers
• Diagnose and repair:
• Water leaks
• Drain clogs
• No water or low water pressure issues
• Water heaters
• Broken pipes
• Faucets and fixtures
• Sump pumps
• Garbage disposals
• Drain lines
• Shower valves
• Related residential plumbing systems
• Explain repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
• Complete work safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism

What You Need

• 3+ years of plumbing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
• Ability to work independently in a residential service environment

Work Environment

This is a field-service role with local travel throughout the Philadelphia and King of Prussia area. Technicians may be exposed to:

• Sewer and water odors
• Power tool noise
• Dust and debris
• Outdoor weather conditions
• Extended work hours when needed to complete customer projects

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or until work is completed
• Local service territory
• Company vehicle provided
