Paralegal - Workers' Compensation

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually Cipriani & Werner is a multidisciplinary law firm. The Mount Laurel Office in Mt. Laurel, NJ is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Discovery demands and responses. Work with medical providers and obtain medical records. Work with experts and schedule IMEs. Inspections and other expert discovery. Position Requirements: At least 5 years of legal experience as a paralegal. Experience with summarizing medical records is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred. Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment. The salary range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
