Public Health Nurse II: Sexual Health & Community Outreach

Adams County

The Adams County Health Department (ACHD) Nursing Division seeks a Public Health Nurse II for the Sexual Health Program. You will collaborate with a Nurse Practitioner to deliver contraception, STI testing, and education while providing direct patient care in clinics, homes, and outreach events. Key duties include triage, contraception counseling, medication administration, and STI risk education. A Colorado RN license and strong communication skills are essential to serve diverse Metro Denver #J-18808-Ljbffr Adams County
