Senior Account Manager / Team Lead is a trusted advisor that liaises between clients and insurance carriers to convey information, provide understanding, and ensure work is performed in an accurate, timely manner. The Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager / Team Lead is primarily responsible for providing outstanding client service and advisory support to all new and existing clients in a book of business (accounts above $25k in premium) and leading a team of Commercial Account Managers. The Senior Account Manager / Team Lead’s main focus is to build and maintain client relationships to support the new business and retention goals of their department and serve as a leader to a team of Commercial Account Managers.  

 
Required:

• Valid NJ Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses 
• 5+ years Commercial account management experience with an agency or risk management department required 
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team
