Clean Room Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a Clean Room Associate for a contract/temporary opportunity in Newbury Park, CA with a growing pharmaceutical team. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, dependable, and committed to following procedures in a regulated clean room environment. You will work alongside supportive teammates and leadership, gain exposure to GMP operations, and have opportunities to learn new responsibilities as the organization continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Perform manufacturing and laboratory support activities within controlled clean room environments. Follow SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, aseptic practices, and clean room protocols. Clean, sanitize, organize, and maintain clean room areas, equipment, materials, and supplies. Prepare and stage materials for manufacturing activities while supporting smooth daily operations. Complete batch records, logbooks, checklists, and other required documentation accurately and on time. Monitor conditions, report deviations or equipment issues, and communicate concerns to appropriate team members. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
