What You'll Do This role supports our accounting, human resources, and daily business operations. Every day is a little different, and that's exactly how we like it. Accounting & Finance Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Prepare customer invoices Post payments and reconcile accounts Follow up on outstanding invoices and collections Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online Assist with monthly reporting and account reconciliations Support leadership with various accounting projects Payroll & Human Resources Assist with payroll processing and employee timekeeping Coordinate new employee onboarding Help administer employee benefits Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support hiring activities and recruiting coordination Assist with compliance and other HR-related tasks Operations Support Provide administrative support to leadership Help improve office processes and workflows Assist with customer service and internal communications Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in getting the details right. Qualifications 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, office administration, or operations support Experience using QuickBooks Online Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collections Experience assisting with payroll Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding and employee benefits Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn You'll Thrive Here If You...
