Our agency opened in 2000 and is a close-knit team of six built on decades of experience. I’ve spent over 33 years with State Farm, bringing a deep understanding of the business and a strong commitment to serving our customers.

I’m a graduate of Queens College and a proud wife and parent. I stay active in the community by volunteering at a local animal shelter and participating in organizations like the Chamber of Commerce and Lions Club.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Victoria Van De Ven - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
