3rd Shift Data Entry

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Back-Office Operations Specialist to handle high-complexity files, maintain data integrity, and proactively prevent client escalations. In this non-client-facing support role, you will manage multi-system workflows, review critical documentation, and leverage operational reporting to ensure smooth daily processing.

salary: $20.14 - $20.15 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 9 PM - 5:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• 
  TWO POSITIONS for  Third shift
  • Schedule:  Thursday to Monday 9pm-5:30 AM
• Training Schedule: Mondays thru Friday (for 4 to 6 weeks) 9pm-5:30am
• Data entry and or clerical experience

• Data Processing & Document Assembly: Accurately key data, validate information, and assemble critical files across multiple internal workstreams and systems.

• Compliance & Document Review: Audit and monitor incoming documentation against strict account requirements to maintain zero-error standards.

• Report Leveraging: Utilize operational reports and queue data to drive daily productivity, track file statuses, and prioritize tasks.
