The Florida Department of Children and Families is seeking a CONTACT CENTER INTERVIEWING CLERK for Miami/Largo/Tampa. This full-time role involves handling government assistance eligibility in a busy contact center, primarily via phone, with data entry and multiple systems. Two years of clerical or public-facing experience and a paid training program are required. Bilingual Spanish/English or Creole/English speakers are preferred.
