Customer Service & Collections Representative - Part Time

Job Location: Work will be performed in the Bluffton Branch office (Ridgeland SC 29936)

$16.50/hr. Starting Pay Range + Commission

Part Time Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
• Engage with customers to resolve account issues, collect payments, and offer solutions
• Drive sales through strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
• Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling customer appointments

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, collections, and/or customer service preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment; ability to multi-task
• Reliable, positive, and ready to grow with us
