About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join their growing sales organization. This is an opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, creating opportunities, and opening doors with senior-level decision-makers.

Working directly alongside experienced sales leaders and company founders, you will be responsible for building pipeline through high-volume outbound outreach, including phone, email, and social channels. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, resilient, and eager to accelerate their sales career within a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
• Execute high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and social selling activities
• Engage decision-makers and identify new business opportunities
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and leadership team members
• Research target accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies
• Consistently achieve or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity tracking within CRM systems
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching sessions, and role-play exercises
• Incorporate feedback quickly to continuously improve performance
• Contribute ideas to improve prospecting strategies, messaging, and sales processes

Required Qualifications

• Previous quota-carrying sales experience
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, business development, or hunting-focused sales roles
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, competitive mindset
• Highly coachable with a desire for continuous improvement
• Experience working in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment
• Ability to work onsite full-time in the Fort Lauderdale area
