COMPENSATION

$70,000–$100,000 base + commission , depending on experience and track record.

For proven hunters who prefer more upside, we are open to a lower-base / higher-commission structure.

$300,000+ first-year earning potential for successful performers

Uncapped production upside.

Exceptional long-term performers may also earn opportunities for bonuses, leadership, profit participation, partnership and potential equity.

THIS IS NOT A NORMAL ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE.

We need a rare combination:

TECHNICAL INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL + ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE + HUNTER + FINANCIAL THINKER + RELATIONSHIP BUILDER

You must be capable of doing two things extremely well:

PROTECT + EXPAND

Take sophisticated existing relationships and uncover additional opportunities.

HUNT + CREATE

Build new relationships, create opportunities and generate new revenue.

You will not necessarily start from zero.

The right person can be entrusted with existing relationships and existing revenue while building new business.

THE NON-NEGOTIABLE

You must hold an active:

FLORIDA 2-20 GENERAL LINES LICENSE

No exceptions.

You also need meaningful commercial P&C experience.

You should understand sophisticated commercial risks involving areas such as:

Commercial property.

Large schedules and TIV.

Multifamily.

Hospitality.

Development.

Construction.

Industrial.

Retail.

Complex casualty.

Umbrella and excess.

Lender requirements.

Alternative risk.

Captives.

Self-insurance.

Loss-sensitive programs.

You don't need to know every answer.

But you need enough technical depth to identify the real problem and assemble the right solution.

INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE IS ONLY THE ENTRY TICKET.

Our clients don't wake up thinking about insurance policies.
