Account Executive (Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area)

We are partnering with an established North American leader, backed by a $100B+ infrastructure investment fund to build their business in Florida from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you manage existing accounts. We are looking for a true territory builder. Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants total ownership of a major market, loves winning new business and then owning that relationship to go wider / deeper.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive , you will step into a brand-new territory in South Florida and own all that opportunity. You will report directly to executive leadership and act as the local business owner for the Miami metro area, connecting with key residential real estate decision-makers to help them upgrade their property infrastructure and cut building energy costs.

• Target Audience: Multi-Family Developers, Building Owners, Property Management Executives, and Condo Boards.
• The Mission: Build an active pipeline from scratch, run face-to-face meetings across South Florida, and close long-term partnerships with major property portfolios.
• The Vibe: Autonomy, high visibility, and the ability to run your territory like your own business, with the financial backing of a massive global fund behind you.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: A proven track record selling solutions directly into the real estate, property management, or commercial building sectors. Telco sales experience is highly relevant.
• South Florida Network: Local connections with multi-family developers, property management firms, or regional building owners.
• An Entrepreneurial Territory-Owner Mindset: You don't wait for leads to land in your inbox. You enjoy mapping out a market, networking at local industry events, and running proactive outreach.
• Deal-Closing Ability: Experience navigating multi-month sales cycles, pitching to C-suite executives or board members, and closing high-value agreements.
• Location: Based in or around Miami (commutable within ~1 hour) to handle regular field meetings across the region.
