Job Description

We are looking for a dependable General Manager to run a high-volume, fast-casual restaurant.

What You’ll Do

Run the Shop: Take full ownership of daily operations, speed of service, and food quality.
Manage the Numbers: Keep food and labor costs in line to maximize your store's profit.
Lead the Team: Hire, train, and support a crew that actually enjoys coming to work.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3+ years as a restaurant General Manager (fast-food or drive-thru experience helps a lot).
Work Ethic: Someone who leads from the floor, handles the rushes alongside their team, and takes pride in a clean, smooth-running kitchen.
Drive: You genuinely want to own and operate your own restaurant one day.
