Roles and responsibilities include leading restaurant operations, striving to be a top performer, supporting the general manager, demonstrating integrity, fully comprehending and performing every station in the restaurant, supervising scheduled shifts, managing all restaurant operations, assisting in administrative duties, maintaining communication with the general manager, managing scheduling functionalities, maintaining the restaurant's office area, assisting in meeting financial objectives, ensuring a fantastic guest experience, coaching and developing service managers, and training and developing all employees.

Requirements include being at least 18 years of age, being available to work any shifts and days of the week, having ServSafe certification, having two years of strong food prep and line experience, and having fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred.

Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, possessing close, distance, and peripheral vision, frequently bending, stooping, and reaching, having dexterity to handle kitchen equipment, being comfortable working near open flames, working in a fast-paced environment with hot and cold areas, working in tight spaces, and working and communicating effectively in an environment with high noise-levels.
