We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a team in Mountain View, California in a contract capacity with the potential for a permanent role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on warehouse activity with inventory-related system work and takes pride in keeping materials accurate, organized, and ready for use. The role supports daily logistics operations by helping ensure shipments, stock, and internal orders move efficiently across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Receive inbound deliveries, verify contents, and record materials accurately to maintain dependable inventory records.
• Prepare items for storage or distribution by packaging, labeling, boxing, and arranging stock in an orderly warehouse environment.
• Assemble kits and stage materials for internal requests so teams have the components they need when needed.
• Oversee the handling of mechanical and electrical parts, including small-component inventory that requires close attention to detail.
• Update inventory activity in company systems through timely data entry, transaction tracking, and record maintenance.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with broader inventory reviews to identify discrepancies and support stock accuracy.
• Contribute to shipping, warehouse, and supply chain tasks as operational priorities shift throughout the day.
• Balance a work schedule that is primarily focused on physical inventory and warehouse support, with a smaller portion dedicated to administrative tracking and system updates.• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse support, logistics coordination, or a related operational setting.
• Familiarity with cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Experience preparing kits, fulfilling material requests, or supporting order readiness in a warehouse environment.
• Understanding of shipping, receiving, and general supply chain processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately when handling parts, labels, and inventory transactions.
• Comfort using computers and learning new software platforms; experience with inventory or warehouse systems is preferred.
• Ability to perform hands-on warehouse tasks involving packaging, organizing materials, and managing physical stock.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience are encouraged to apply.
