Branch Skilled- Production Supervisor

Position Title: Production Supervisor Wage: $27.00 - $30.00/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:00pm - 6:30am (Monday – Friday) Location: Milwaukee, WI Apply now to begin your meaningful career through QPS! This is a direct hire position for 3rd shift. Production Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations and employees on assigned shifts Ensure production schedules and customer demands are met efficiently and safely Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Production Leads, Machine Operators, and Production Associates Monitor productivity, labor utilization, quality metrics, and operational performance Coordinate staffing levels and allocate personnel based on production requirements Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of production employees Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Address employee concerns and recommend corrective actions when necessary Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure all quality and food safety standards are met Work closely with Maintenance to address equipment issues and minimize downtime Review production reports, work orders, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities Monitor inventory usage, material flow, and production efficiency Ensure all required production documentation, reports, and records are completed accurately and on time Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and increase operational effectiveness Serve as a key decision-maker regarding production priorities, food safety, quality concerns, and workforce management Responsible for being aware of and following all food safety protocols as required by Rishi Tea's Food Safety Management System, as they relate to this position Requirements for Production Supervisor Previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment Experience within food manufacturing preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills Experience managing production teams and meeting operational goals Knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety requirements Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to analyze production metrics and implement process improvements Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems Ability to work collaboratively with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Management teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Job ID: IND104 We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
