Mold Fabricator - Day Shift


Pay: $22.00-$24.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Thursday
Hours: 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts

Position Overview


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mold Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for fabricating, maintaining, and preparing molds used in rotational molding operations.


This is a physically demanding manufacturing position that requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and working with hand and power tools. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or industrial experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and maintain molds used for rotational molding machines.
• Perform TIG welding and other mold fabrication tasks.
• Flatten and adjust flanges as needed.
• Adjust jack bolts and perform mold preparation.
• Burn out molds and perform related maintenance tasks.
• Use hand tools and air-powered tools safely and properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures, SOPs, and PPE requirements.
• Identify, isolate, and report quality issues or defects.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Follow environmental, housekeeping, and waste-disposal procedures.
• Prevent contaminated materials from entering the process water system.
• Work cooperatively with team members and lead by example.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous experience using hand tools and/or air-powered tools preferred.
• TIG welding experience is a plus.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and work independently when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work respectfully and effectively as part of a team.
• Fluent English preferred.

Physical Requirements


This position requires frequent physical activity in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds .
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive motions with the arms and hands.
• Bend, twist, squat, crouch, kneel, and reach regularly.
• Perform frequent lifting and material-handling tasks.
• Work around loud machinery, forklifts, power tools, and other industrial equipment.
• Work in environments that may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
• Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, and hard hat.
