It offers quality innovative care in a recovery‑based environment. Direct Support Professional We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as our next Direct Support Professional. This person will provide care and assistance to adults with diagnosed intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring proper care during everyday activities and maintaining progress notes for program manager oversight. Responsibilities Monitor and supervise individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring safety and care. Provide for the personal needs and comfort of program participants. Assist individuals with activities of daily living such as eating, cleaning, and basic hygiene. Perform general housekeeping throughout the assigned location. Use observational skills to detect changes in behavior and physical condition. Transport individuals to community outings and events. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Valid Georgia Driver’s License. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse communities. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others. Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products. Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience Previous experience as a personal care assistant or certified nursing assistant.
