This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, team engagement, and compliance with all IHG brand standards. The Director of Operations primarily works mid-shift and evening shifts to provide leadership coverage during peak operational periods, ensuring smooth coordination among departments and rapid resolution of guest and operational issues.
